Favorite Things: The adidas Ultra Boost

Its hard to think of a sneaker that has made more of a splash in the footwear industry than the adidas Ultra Boost this year. Sure, there was massive hype around Kanye West's Yeezy Boost, but the Ultra Boost may trump the Kanye creation. 

To begin with, the Ultra Boost  stands as a symbol of adidas' rise in the market this past year. Boost was their breakthrough technology, and the Ultra Boost carried it into the spotlight. Much like Nike's Flyknit, Boost became a staple and household name for sneakerheads and tech runners alike. 

Comfortable beyond belief (though I'm still giving my #1 spot to my Birkenstocks) I've enjoyed the sneaker both for running and from a lifestyle perspective. Better yet, adidas recently revamped their Ultra Boost series, making changes to the outsole for more durability. 

Looking to try a pair? I highly recommend it. These run narrow, so I suggest ordering 1/2 size up from usual (I'm an 11.5 and get 12s).
